Fruit basket/garden gathering basket – introduction to round basket techniques

Timing: 9.30 am to 3.30 pm

This workshop is a lovely introduction to the joys of weaving with this amazing natural material. We will cover how to make a round base, stake up sides, a variety of weaves and a trac border. These techniques form the basis of any round basket and so can lead onto a more advanced workshop in the future such as a log basket or foraging basket.
