Using a combination of wet felting and needle felting techniques you will create a garland for your home.
Ruth will provide examples and dyed Cambrian wool fibre for you to make the elements of your garland.
It will be your choice to make a seasonal decoration or something that can be enjoyed all year round.
No previous experience is necessary.
You will be handling wool fibre, working with soap and water and a sharp needle throughout the day.

Ruth Packham is an artist/maker living in Borth.
Ruth has been a felt maker for over 15 years and works predominantly with Cambrian mountain wool fibre.
Her own work is inspired by nature, often whimsical and mostly colourful.
Ruth sculpts and draws with wool fibre and has exhibited her work nationally and internationally.
An experienced teacher Ruth is always happy to pass on the joy of felt making.
