A creative practice for returning to centre, within the swirl of autumnal change

I this workshop you can develop your own mandala design inspired by the geometry of nature and the universal language of shapes. Our exploration will include:

*An introduction to sacred geometry and the symbolic language of shapes.

*Learning to draw geometric shapes with a compass and ruler

*The resonance and symbolism of colour, using watercolour, pencils and pens.

*Guided meditation and talking circle.

All materials and tea provided. Beginners welcome.
