Product Details
Spend the day working with welsh wool fibre to create your own, unique quirky bird.
You will begin by making a simple wire armature for the legs and feet.
After that it’s all about stabbing the wool fibre with a needle felting needle to shape and sculpt your bird.
Ruth will guide you through the process and provide dyed Cambrian mountain wool fibre to give your bird vibrant plumage.
No previous experience is necessary, but please be aware that the day will involve much sitting and, if you need glasses for close work, these will be completely necessary.
At the end of the day you will have a finished quirky bird.
