Stained Glass Workshop 2nd May
Enjoy a creative morning learning how to make copper foiled stained glass with Emma from Hapus Stained Glass. This half day workshop is suitable for beginners and anyone who would like to make a simple stained glass suncatcher. The photos show some examples made by previous workshop attendees. You will learn the skills of safely cutting glass, foiling with copper foil, soldering your pieces together and polishing to make a beautiful decoration from one of the many templates available. Taught in a maximum size group of 5 you will receive expert tuition and have lots of fun choosing from the beautiful coloured glass. All materials and refreshments are provided. 9.30 am -1.30 ( approx finish time)

Health &Safety note :
This workshop requires standing for periods of time and strength and dexterity in your hands. The solder used in stained glass contains lead. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding it is not advised. Suitable for age 16+. It is essential that you wear closed toe shoes in the workshop . Other personal protection such as aprons , gloves , goggles will be provided .
